Pa systems are suppose to widen your sound so everyone can enjoy your music.
Too many sound people just crank it up to max volume and call it good.
Music is suppose to be pleasing, part of that pleasing is volume.
No one enjoys ears that hurt. No one wants to stand at the back of the club.
No one wants to be on a date and have to scream to be heard.
They want to be upfront, having fun with the band.
If you want a PA system to sound great then you came to the right place.
No mumbo jumbo about A vs C wieghting, munson curves, we just use a
spectrum analyzer to verify what our ears hear.
Full frequecy response, clarity and punch is what we provide.
My goal is to keep the people at your show because you sound great.
I now use a Behringer X32 rack mount with a Behringer S32 Stage box
driving Yamaha DBR12s for mains with EV SB 180 Subs.
Sub power is with a Samson SX2800 amplifier, this can drive up to
4 18" subs for outdoor use.
I prefer in ears but if you need stage monitors we have two Peavey SM15
and two home build 12" monitors with Emenience Beta 12's.
My standard set up includes a Sure 52 for kick, Sm57's for Guitars,
Sure 58 or Beta 58 for Lead vocals depending on in ears or monitors.
The Beta 58's require exact monitor placement. The volume is the same.
Outdoor/Larger set ups include Digital Reference drum mics for the toms.
We have "not sure" microphones for backing vocals, horns ext.
You will not hear the difference between the mics on a live music stage.
We do business seminars, personal parties and other events where you require
great sound.
Rent one of our systems for your wedding and we will play YOUR song list the
order YOU want. We are not happy till you are.
We can even do a 5.1 system for outdoor movies.
