If you drink alcohol and have a fatty liver it is cause fatty liver disease If you do not drink alcohol and have a fatty liver it is called non fatty liver disease. the first, alcohol is the excess sugar that causes the fatty liver the second, sugar in diet, which is carbs is what causes the fatty liver. So in both cases, excess sugar causes fatty liver. Yet, all you “experts” say to eliminate FATS. The body still needs the same calories, if you eliminate fats. you will replace them with carbs. Which will cause you to have fatty liver disease due to "excess sugar" I think I will work on eliminating fructose from diet first. Why, Fructose is 50% Sucrose and 50% Fructose. Fructose is instantly converted to fat and stored in the liver if the body doesn’t need it. Just a simple mind looking at a complex problem and wondering,,,,,, what am I missing?
